The presentation gives an excellent overview of screencasting along with links to software, some examples, and other tidbits. I was especially intrigued by and will have to try out <a href="http://www.brianapps.net/sizer.html">Sizer</a> myself since it looks like it could be useful for grabbing the correct size screen shots.</p>
